At CF Roberts, we take immense pride in the loyalty and dedication shown by our team. We’re incredibly fortunate to have a significant number of employees who have been with us for over 25 years — a testament to the positive working environment, strong family values, and lasting relationships that are at the heart of our business.

Over the years, we’ve had the pleasure of celebrating this remarkable milestone with valued colleagues including Graham Day, Sharon Spencer, John Waldron, and Simon Williams. More recently, we were delighted to welcome both Stacey Kemp and Robert Dornan into this distinguished group — our very own ‘25 Year Club’.

As a mark of our appreciation and recognition, each of these individuals is proudly featured on our Long Service Board located in the entrance to the office, which now honours over 32 current and former members of staff. It serves as a lasting tribute to the hard work, loyalty, and commitment that help shape the continued success of CF Roberts. Reaching 25 years of service is a significant personal and professional achievement — and one we believe deserves to be celebrated.
