This autumn we’re delighted to welcome a new cohort of electrical and mechanical apprentices to CF Roberts.

A total of 13 apprentices have joined the team across all three offices, and we would like to extend a very warm welcome to each of them.

As always, the first week is spent in the office, getting to know one another and their new work collages, collecting CF Roberts uniform, PPE and new boots as well as their first tool kit.

Key members of staff went through the CF Roberts protocols and standards, and training was carried out including IOSH working safely, Face fit and LOTO (Lock Out, Tag Out) to prepare them for site.

Each apprentice has been paired with an existing member of staff, who will act as their mentor over the coming months. Providing guidance and practical training alongside their college studies.

We wish all of our new apprentices every success in their training and look forward to supporting their development in the years ahead.
