Lloyds Bank

Lloyds Bank have 1,300 branches across England and Wales and over 11 million customers. We’ve worked on many projects with Lloyds, providing national coverage and support.

Recently we carried out a general refurbishment of the banking hall and meeting room areas in their High Street branch in Cheltenham.

Working alongside other contractors we installed new power and data outlets, marketing lighting, high ceiling pendant lighting and fitted out the new meeting rooms.

Lloyds are keen to ensure that there is uniformity to their branches but with an element of local connection provided through art and photography. Their strategic aim is to ‘create the best customer experience and to make that experience simpler and more efficient.’

Central to this is an ‘open plan’ feel to the branches with greater accessibility to staff through the removal of screens and barriers. To ensure security, we played a key role in installing Teller Cash Recyclers (T.C.R.s), which support both safety and efficiency.
