As part of the continued expansion at LEGOLAND, CF Roberts were proud to be included in the construction team for the Hub and Maintenance buildings in the new Woodland Village.

The Hub Building consists of a restaurant/bar area, kitchen, WC facilities and entertainment stage. An interactive area for families to gather.  The Maintenance Building has a large linen intake room and modern staffroom; it also houses the new transformer and cubical panel board supplying both buildings and the Woodland Village lodges.

CF Roberts incorporated into the infrastructure Mechanical & Electrical services including:

• a new 1000KVA transformer,
• general power and lighting control
• feature lighting
• submain cabling between buildings
• data cabling, fire alarm, security and AV services
• a new air conditioning system throughout the Hub and Maintenance buildings with roof mounted air handling units

All coming together to help create comfortable and enjoyable spaces for visitors, and practical working and rest areas for staff.
