CF Roberts are proud to be involved in the redevelopment of Castle Wharf, an historic British Waterways Warehouse on the Nottingham & Beeston Canal.

The building is being converted into 95 high quality apartments including a basement car parking area. Constraints on the build include a Grade II Listing, meaning that when designing the scheme, we had to work within the existing structure, which wasn’t designed to accommodate modern MEP Services such as ventilation and sprinkler systems.
