CF Roberts were tasked with providing all the Mechanical and Electrical services throughout the new Park & Ride facility at Arle Court in Cheltenham.  This included the car park, indoor and outdoor waiting areas and customer toilets.  Within the car park area are 100 EV charging points which is the largest non-bookable charging location in the country.

To assist in powering the systems, a 39 kWp PV System was designed and installed on the roof.  This has been designed to be extendable over time.

The scheme has also been designed to offer improved sustainable travel choices and better connectivity to local active travel, which will reduce congestion, lower CO2 emissions and improve air quality. It’s not only a park and ride but also a bike and ride facility for the local community.
