Managing Director
Paul Roberts
Paul Roberts is a highly experienced business leader with over 40 years of expertise in electrical engineering, compliance services, and leadership.
Starting his career as an apprentice at C F Roberts in 1985, Paul rose through the business to become the Managing Director and Owner of the family business, established by his grandfather in 1935. As the third-generation family member to lead the company, Paul is extremely proud to continue its legacy into the future.
Operations Director
John Waldron
In 1998, sixteen-year-old John Waldron joined CF Roberts as an electrical apprentice. In his 25 years with the company since, John has gained a wealth of experience and been an integral part of our growth and success, leading to his appointment as Operations Director in 2015.
He understands that our business is built on a reputation for quality, collaboration, and reliability. John is committed to protecting the health, safety, and well-being of staff, seeing this as a way of life, not just a statutory requirement.
Commercial Director
Mark Richardson
With extensive knowledge of the construction industry and construction law, Mark has been a driving force for the success of CF Roberts on a wide range of prestigious and challenging multi-million-pound M&E installations since joining in 2006.
In recognition of his exceptional skills and commitment, Mark was appointed Commercial Director and joined the Board of Directors in 2019. He is deeply dedicated to the growth and development of CF Roberts, which has earned him the respect and admiration of both colleagues and those in his field.
Operations Director
Andy Young
Andy’s career began in 1995 when he started as an apprentice at CF Roberts. His hard work and dedication earned him recognition from his superiors, and he steadily rose through the ranks to Operations Director in 2015. This same dedication and commitment to quality have resulted in strong client relationships, some of which have lasted more than two decades.
In addition to his work as operations director, Andy has also managed CF Roberts’ apprenticeship program for over 10 years, helping the next generation learn and grow.
Senior Management Team
With a combined 35 years of service at CF Roberts, the Senior Management Team plays a vital role in bridging communication between the Board of Directors, staff, and engineers. Through the facilitation of clear, two-way information flow, they enhance operational efficiency and promote collaboration across all levels of the organisation. Supporting the Board, the team is responsible for managing personnel, optimising processes, and overseeing health, safety, and compliance. Their focus remains on empowering staff to deliver exceptional service to clients.
